    海洋微生物分子生態(tài)學(xué)研究組

      中國科學(xué)院深海科學(xué)與工程研究所“海洋微生物分子生態(tài)學(xué)研究組”受“知識創(chuàng)新工程前沿領(lǐng)域”等項(xiàng)目資助,于2013年3月成立,主要開展深海深淵微生物的分子生態(tài)學(xué)研究。

      研究方向

      深海深淵微生物生理生態(tài)

      微生物是海洋生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。在深海深淵等生境中開展相關(guān)研究有助于探討微生物在極端環(huán)境下的組成、分布及生命活動規(guī)律,為生物進(jìn)化研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)。

      深海深淵生物地球化學(xué)

      深海深淵存在著活躍的生物地球化學(xué)過程,其中許多關(guān)鍵過程均由微生物介導(dǎo)。此交叉學(xué)科研究有助于理解深海及深部生物圈中微生物參與的元素循環(huán)過程和機(jī)制。
